The content team’s project planner continues to offer significant value to identify work the team are being asked to deliver.
The team have agreed to ensure consistency of work requests being made by stakeholders will see them being directed to use the Learning Content Mailbox in Helpscout. This enables work to be prioritised and managed across the team.
