Content team have a well defined Excel project planner with 32 deliverables and growing now identified. The intention is to enable the team to look at capacity based on client requests, and more importantly to see if projects enable upskilling to take place with collaborative working in the team and the wider system.

Dynamic Conversations and bi-weekly 1-2-1s are taking place to ensure content team colleagues have the time and space to think and grow their talent and skill base.

Udemy Web Developer Course been interesting this week as move to the PHP module that now enables me to see how the interplay between a browser and client based server for hosting operates. Over 65% of the course now completed.
